David Kolb's Model
:) Hi everyone! This week we studied a new learning style model ;) The Kolb's learning style!!!
It was proposed by David Kolb in the 1970s; and it's based on the idea that learning is a cyclical process that involves four stages: experiencing, reflecting, thinking, and acting. According to Kolb, people may have preferences for certain stages of this cycle, resulting in four distinct learning styles:
Diverging (CE/RO): Prefer experiencing and reflecting. They're imaginative and like exploring different angles.
Assimilating (AC/RO): Enjoy thinking and reflecting. They analyze information and organize it into theories.
Converging (AC/AE): Thrive in thinking and acting. They apply theories practically and test ideas through hands-on experimentation.
Accommodating (CE/AE): Favor experiencing and acting. They're adaptable and learn through trial and error.

I took the test & here are my results:
I strongly agree since I like to experience things rather than be cautious. I like to be around people and give a lot of ideas and/or opinions. I also have a lot of creativity and I can't stay silent lol.
That's all for now, thank you!
